En plat, les nouilles au poulet croustillant (marinées et sautées) : un régal. Le poulet est ultra bon, bien croustillant, et les nouilles très bonnes. Regret de gourmande… le bol aurait pu être un peu plus généreux 😄. Côté dessert, gros coup de cœur pour le gâteau traditionnel, Tsampa, très très bon. Le mochi, moins fan : la texture trop molle et élastique, ce n’était vraiment pas pour moi😵‍💫!! Je termine avec un thé gingembre-citron-miel, excellent, parfait pour finir le repas. Franchement super découverte, on s’est régalés du début à la fin. J’y retournerai sans hésiter… et cette fois, je commande plus de momos 😄 ! A vous de voir
