Au niveau épice (piment), je suis personnellement assez sensible mais dans les plats, cela était parfaitement dosé pour sublimer le goût sans être trop présent. Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, il est possible d’ajuster le niveau de piment avec une sauce chili à disposition. Les boissons et desserts sont également très bons, le lassi banane était parfaitement équilibré et pas écœurant tout comme le riz au lait, ce qui ma réconcilié avec ce dessert ! J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les spécialités à base de Tsampa (farine d’orge) que ce soit en soupe mais aussi en gâteau (même si celui était très très sucré). I might be biased because i loove momos but these were absolutely delicious! My friend and I ordered the beef and pork ones with both different sauces and they were truly amazing, and at a good price too. The lighting and place are so beautiful and the waiters are very nice, i totally recommend :)
